Freshwater Jellyfish in Michigan

On a quick visit to a local lake, we found this little guy powering himself under a dock and onwards. I was shocked because I've spent a lot of time in and around freshwater rivers, lakes, and streams in North America and I've never seen one before -nor did I know they exist.

They're called Craspedacusta Sowerbii, aka "peach blossom jellyfish," according to the National Park Service.
